SFO Club luncheon - April 2, 2025

April 2 - Around twenty members of the Club SFO gathered for a lunch devoted to the theme: " Profitability and family philanthropy: opposing or complementary objectives? ". The event provided an opportunity to compare experiences and share strategies aimed at reconciling financial performance, social impact and the role of family cohesion.


Various examples of organizations were evoked, mobilizing structures such as closed associations, foundations or family endowments. It was also pointed out that certain initiatives, such as skills sponsorship in family groups, may weigh on profitability in the short term, but strengthenthe company in the long term.but reinforce the long-term commitment of employees, their involvement in their work and their adherence to the values espoused by the owning family.


Sensitivity to the nation, to territorial roots and to transmission was strongly expressed in the testimonials.
