May 23-25 - Club NextGen had the pleasure of organizing a
week-end in Saint-Tropez, bringing together a dozen members of French, German and Austrian entrepreneurial families.
In a friendly and inspiring atmosphere, participants were able to share their respective experiences around a rich program:
- a private tour of a winery followed by a wine tasting,
- and two conferences led by NextGen leaders involved in the governance or transformation of their family businesses.
This special moment strengthened the bonds between members, while providing food for thought on the current challenges facing family businesses.
