June 3 - Based on concrete feedback, members shared their practices and organization methods. Several key lessons emerged:
- Investments already firmly established internationally, particularly in Europe.
- Geographic choices guided by the ability to understand and master target markets - for it is illusory to be successful everywhere at once.
- The complexity of due diligence carried out abroad, which is often more demanding and less standardized.
- The use of calls for tender to identify trusted local partners.
- The organization of autonomous branches between France and abroad when cultural differences make this necessary.
- The difficulty of measuring performance with KPIs that are sometimes difficult to compare from one country to another.
- And finally, the importance of preserving a strong, coherent family culture, despite geographical dispersion.
