February 5 - As part of its partnership with the Pôle Rayonnement de l'Armée de Terre.AFFO organized an immersive workshop at the Ecole Militaire dedicated to the management of reputational crises. Our members were confronted with a bad buzz impacting a family-owned industrial group.
Through this strategic exercise, they learned how to manage emergencies, protect the image of a family business and anticipate media risks. An intense and instructive workshop, confirming the importance of rigorous preparation in the face of crises.
