June 18 - The AFFO organized an exclusive visit to an emblematic
in Neuilly on the theme of "Feedback on a complex real estate transformation project: social mix, residential innovation and environmental ambition". The visit focused on the conversion of a former hotel of over 15,000 m2 into an ambitious residential project of 166 homes (including 50 social housing units), scheduled for delivery in March 2026.

Spearheaded by one of our members, the project combines new construction and restructuring, and is part of an advanced environmental approach. It includes exclusive services for a residential complex (swimming pool, fitness center, shared spaces), illustrating the relevance of this new type of housing.

This visit, limited to 15 participants, offered a privileged opportunity to discuss with our member the concrete challenges encountered on site (technical, regulatory, political aspects, etc.) and the keys to success for such an ambitious project. It was an enriching opportunity to share experiences based on a real-life case study, with great potential to inspire tomorrow's investors and real estate developers.
