Three speakers took the floor to share their expertise:

• Jean-François Faure, founder of AuCOFFRE.com & Veracash, shared his experience of investing in precious metals, combining physical security, blockchain traceability and accessibility.
• Benoît Léchenault, Director of Agrifrance (BNP Paribas), presented an analysis of rural land markets (viticulture, agriculture, forestry), illustrated by concrete transaction cases.
• Damien Granger, Investment Director at Flexam Invest, explored the financing of atypical assets such as helicopters used for medical purposes.
