A look back at the AFFO Grand Ouest - BZH Delegation event in Rennes!

An evening dedicated to transmission, leadership and family vision, led by two remarkable speakers: Rachel Denis Lucas and Anita BERTIN, accompanied by Charles-Henri Bujard.

Second-generation businesswomen, they shared their experiences of taking over a company in demanding sectors such as the food industry.They shared their sincere and lucid experiences of taking over businesses in demanding sectors such as road haulage and construction, where benchmarks, long held by men, are now opening up to greater diversity and daring.

Through their stories, they perfectly embodied the courage, perseverance and determination needed to overcome obstacles, shake up prejudices and bring a different vision, free from established patterns.

Their testimonials brilliantly illustrated the extent to which anticipating succession, fostering open intergenerational dialogue and structuring solid family governance are essential levers for ensuring the continuity and growth of family businesses.
